Apart from watching dolphins, mangrove is another selling point of Tai O. This is because we could seldom find mangrove in Hong Kong. According to discoverhongkong.com, mangrove in Tai O consisted of 90% out of all mangrove species in Hong Kong. It became a natural landscape and provided a natural habitat for animals. Diversified species could be identified there. Unfortunately, the creeks were polluted and we could only find some small fish. We hoped that the garbage would be cleared soon.
